Q. Can I test BYPASS without any obligation?
A.   Yes, just dial 022 50 50 555 and call a friend in many destinations.

Q. Does it work from my Mobile?
A.  BYPASS works from ANY mobile telephone, simply dial 022 50 50 555. We encourage to use  BYPASS especially to users with inclusive minutes programs like Orange's Advance Unlimted. Check our price list: New unbeatable rates.

Q. Can I use BYPASS from my mobile outside Switzerland?
A. Technically yes, we recommend that you check roaming charges before doing so. There might be some savings depending on the destination.

Q. Can I use BYPASS from my fax?
A. Yes you can. Just follow the same steps as for a normal phone call.

Q. Can I use multiple phones with the same charge/payment?
A. No, for simplicity reason, you need to charge every phone separately. It is as simple as dialing 0900 BYPASS from the phone you would like to use with BYPASS. Other payment methods are explained in the "How to pay?" section.

Q. How can I check my account balance?
A. You can check your account balance at any time, by dialing 022 50 50 999. An  automated system will give you up to the minute balance.

Q. How can I get a written receipt of payments made to my account?
A. There is a number of ways: 

  • 0900 number: you'll receive the amount paid on your operator's monthly invoice.
  • When paying through our Web Stie, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, furthermore the Credit Card used will register the payment.
  • Mobile Freedom Card: ask the Post office or the vendor for a receipt

Q. Can I use BYPASS from a school campus? or a hospital?
No problem at all, as long as the telephone used is capable of calling a local number. Just test by dialing 022 50 50 555 and dial a number in any free destination.

Q. Do I need to subscribe to BYPASS?
A. Not necessarily, you can use the BYPASS service to call by simply dialing 022 50 50 555. Please be aware that the phone call will be automatically terminated. You're free to redial the same number as many times as you wish.
